Newb in need of assistance!!!!

I use the bluetooth audio pack to narrate video, but I've seen this done and they person riding takes phone calls.......HOW?!?! I've tried to sync my phone's bluetooth after the SMH10 syncs with the GP10, is this possible? All devices are up to date via the software. I've accepted the fact that I can't play music while using the GP10 so I just use a while headset to my phone in one ear so problem solved, however I would do away with that if answering my phone via bluetooth was possible. If anyone has this setup, please let me know how to accomplish this, Sena forums aren't the best for quick responses.

Thanks guys!

be good to find that out. I have the audio pack but didn't know it won't record while you have music playing?

It doesn't. The audio pack has it's own 3hr battery life. Instead of using the mic on the camera it hardwires into the bluetooth pack. I haven't seen any if at all difference in the GoPro battery. The only downside is, when the audiopack dies, you lose all audio, you have to disconnect the dongle to get audio back on the camera's mic. With a good bluetooth in your helmet you'll get superior quality. I can hear perfectly doing 75mph. Also you can pair up to three headsets do dual vlogs are optional (haven't tried yet). The audio pack also has L and R mic on it so you don't have to use the bluetooth, or you can use both (fear of echos though). Infos!

The bluetooth dongle works as a microphone adapter so there is no editing needed, the audio gets written to the same video file. All streamline.

It looks like all the sounds goes into the GoPro via the backpack, so it's like using the mic port on the GoPro but (kind of) wirelessly.

ahhhhh ok, makes sense
id still rather just use a mic.. easy peasy. keep the bluetooth for music or some such

There is the downside of not being able to use the bluetooth for music via your phone but I have the wireless LG headset that I just use for music. Correct, the dongle works as a hard wired mic that gets trasmitted via the Sena GP-10 wirelessly to up to three (3) bluetooth headsets, dual vlogging or passenger! Headsets do not need to be Sena branded to work. Check out my signature if you want some examples. I have two videos uploaded so far.
