Gopro Audio Out Of Sync

I have noticed that the audio on my vlogs isnt always in sync with the video. Seems to be random when it does it. Sometimes its right when I start recording, other times its at the point where it switches to a new file on the card. Has anybody else seen this and is there anything I can do to help with this?

Gopro Hero3 white (I know, its a lame model, but I hope to get a 3+ silver soon)

Is it out of sync on the raw footage or just on the render? If the latter, change your encoding settings.

It is in the raw footage.

Reset all settings and format the card? Have you looked on GoPro's knowledge base?

Also check the footage on another computer?

Have done all of those except dig through gopro support. i will give that a shot. I hope there is something in there.

Never heard of this issue before. What type of SD card are you using?

Try using a class 10 micro SD. I had the same problem with my Nikon aw130. Simple fix. Just buy a new card.

As above. If you haven't already, try using a Class 10 card or higher. I've been using the same Samsung Class 10 card since my first Drift Stealth despite Drift themselves saying Samsung and Class 10 cards were not supported. Which is funny as out of everyone I know who's using their "recommended" brands and class SD cards, I've had the least amount of issues
