Google Adsense Being Annoying... Help Please!

So I started up my adsense account over a week and a half ago, and this is still showing up. It said that it would take about 4-5 days to review but I don't know what the problem is.

If anyone can help me, that would be VERY MUCH appreciated!

That's business days and that could not include bank holidays etc
