I use 720p60, and it works fine. Sometimes it can also your PC problem or the editing software though.

Because you are on a bike while recording I think you will want to keep it at 60fps. I know VERY little about all the technical stuff of it all but for how we are recording it'll be best to keep it at 60fps to my understanding at least.

I changed to 30fps because of the way YouTube allocates bitrates to 60fps videos, which destroys the quality.
