Its direct USB, it was labeled as stereo. Its putting 80% of audio to right channel and remainder to left. Its got me stumped. How many contacts does your microphone plug have? i bet you have a mono mic
Thanks. Presumed it may be the case. Time to go mic shopping.Sounds broken to me. It should be full stereo or full mono, anything in-between is faulty.
Yeah I've been eyeing that off. Its selling for around $45 on ebay. So that's a good price they have there.I have just ordered the one EN187 recommended, short cable plus no battery required is a huge thing for me so I am sold... Hope it's good!

Facing in front of my mouth. Used GoPro Studio.Actually before I jumped ahead with that one. What software are you using, and how is your mic positioned? I.e, direct facing, to one side, etc.
No. It seems to have done from the start. Only just noticed it. Bought a new mic. So hopefully will be fine with the new one. Thanks for your help.Have you had this problem before? If it's facing you directly it could be what Swiss said about a faulty mic then.
