Go Pro Hero 4 Knock Off Bateries

I'm looking to get some bateries for my go pro

The go pro ones are $40 bucks. I want to get 4

I've seem some off brand for like $11,

Do you guys recommend or will this burn down my camera?

I've been using Wasabi brand batteries for a year now. No problems at all. You can get 4 batteries for around $20 on Amazon.

Make sure the MAH is at least the same as the OEM ones

Wasabi is great for 3rd party batteries. They’re the only ones so far to have the right firmware to allow them to be used in new gooro’s. Even came with a cable to update my batteries in case GoPro drops another firmware update. Tested they last about 3 minutes short of a standard GoPro battery. I’ll take that. Especially for the price.

Smartee batteries seem to be fairly good, I used them for my Hero 3, and will be getting some for my Hero 4 shortly.
they also have a fairly significant battery life over the standard GoPro batteries to.
