This is my luggage setup for my fz6, looking to change the tailpack sometime soon.

Beautiful luggage. :) I don't know why, but I love motorcycle luggage and such like that. If I could get some kind of permanent tail pack on my F4i I totally would! Even though some may question it, I find something attractive with good looking luggage on a sportbike lol. And about the luggage hitting your undertail exhaust, I had that problem with my Honda 919 and my VFR800. For my VFR, I actually fabbed up some custom aluminum bracket to hold the luggage off the exhausts. It worked real well. :) For only one trip though...

And my oh my, your FZ6n is really good looking. I used to lust after the FZ6n, but somehow fell off that train for some reason. Great vid, great luggage. Hope you have a fun time on your trip whenever you go.

Great vid, really looking forward to the sat nav and your heats grips been thinking of getting them instead of fitting the entire system.

thanks for the posts guys :)

Toast - what do you think of the vfr800, that's the bike I am looking at next :P one of the newer models.

SB12 - fitting the system is not that bad, I just want the option to be able to remove the grips if needed :P

definatly looks nice mate, well setup for touring. I like VFRs they're nice bikes. and 800ccs of it will be good for touring. will it be a step before a 1000 or more? :P

By the time you get to your destination on the fireblade your wrist will look like this.

We may all laugh but for a lil guy like me that's exactly what will happen :(

I'm sure you'd be fine :P just all the pull of the beast would leave you with disproportionate arms :P

but honestly I'm sure you'd be ok on it =)

The VFR is definitely a great bike. I think the biggest thing you will have to get used to is the weight of the motorcycle. Of course, that all really goes away once the bike starts rolling. The clipons will probably be a little lower than your handlebar, but the highway wind should even that out some. But you'll really find how well the VFR feels in corners. Very planted, and really shines in sweepers. The rear shock on the bike really helps with making the corners feels great. For the power, I don't thin you'll feel like its much of a jump from your fz6n. You'll notice the added torque numbers though, mainly at lower RPMs. It's a good bike, but I must say, the exhaust note was my favorite part of the bike. :-) Love V4. Once you get used to the weight, it's a great bike.
