Full Leathers On A 125?

Okay, so I ride a 125 (as you can tell from my avatar). I ALWAYS ride with full textile gear, which is good for the winter as it keeps me warm and safe. Safe being more important.

But when it gets to the summer I was thinking about investing in a good set of leathers. But do you guys think I will look stupid in them on the bike?

Obviously looks don't matter too much but I kind of want opinions.

Most leathers end up hotter than textile anyway.

My advice would be go for a good 3-4 season jacket in either.

Nobody cares what you wear.

I wear leathers all year around and i'd never go back to wearing anything different like joggers and a textile jacket no chance, leather may be expensive but they save your skin in a accident!

Doesnt matter what size bike. Ive worn leathers on a 150cc. Its about protecting your skin and I personally dont think it would look stupid. But really it should be whatever you want and are confortable with. Don't worry about anyone else.

I hear they have a break in period so yeah! Get em now and when you move up you will have comfy leathers I see people on Groms wearing leather on mountain road videos - 125's can still do 50+mph and thats fast enough to hurt! haha

Dude, he is from that island where the sun never shines. I wouldn't worry too much about it being hot

No reason not to get leathers if you can afford it and it's something that you want

Over here some guys riding mopeds are wearing leathers on weekends to attack the twisty back road.

What you ride does not define if it's OK to be wearing a leather suit or not.

Get a suit for safety, whether you choose to wear it or not is up to you, there are perforated leathers which are not too hot.
