I don't know why but I love all the Rockstar sandbox games like Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead Redemption, Bully, etc. I'm looking forward to GTA 5 but I would rather have a sequel to Red Dead Redemption or Bully.

I've played a few of them from PC to Dreamcast to Xbox360 however I was a bit bored by 4. I dunno, I just found I spent too much time driving being locations.

San Andreas was the whole reason I bought a PS2 after years away from gaming - then it was back to 4am on a work night and forgetting to eat! :mrgreen:

I love the gameplay but maybe love even more the radio stations!

I still happily play through the old games, and can't bloody wait for this one!!!!

It'll be the only game I'll pay full price for, too!

I love the games, sandbox games like GTA and Saints Row are my favorite games to piss away a weekend with, but it took me almost a year just to pick up Saints Row 3. I can't see myself buying this game any time soon, but I do see myself buying it eventually

You GTA fans might like Sleeping Dogs. I just got it a few days ago and it's a pretty good substitute while waiting for GTA V. Some of the dialogue is in Chinese with subtitles that are very small and hard to read but other than that it's a really good GTA style game. The fighting is much better and there are parkour like elements that make it interesting.

I haven't finished it yet but so far I like it. It has a GTA look and feel with some improvements. There seems to be a lot of side missions to do. The fighting is much better. As you progress through the game you can learn new defensive and attack moves. Shooting is better than GTA. You can crouch behind objects and if you jump over you can go into slow motion for a few seconds and take out a few guys while getting to your next cover spot. Driving is a bit messy but better than GTA 4 in my opinion. Some of the side missions area a bit silly, like you have to take some girl around town and take pictures of her for her blog but if you complete those silly missions you get rewards like certain types of items showing up on your map.

I'm starting to like it even more than the old GTA games. Hopefully GTA 5 will have some improvements over 4, otherwise Sleeping Dogs might actually be better.
