I'd suggest keeping your vlogs shorter, at least until you build up a subscriber base. 12 minutes is a long time for people to watch someone who they don't already know and like. If you can't edit it down to, say 5 mins, split it into 2 or more vlogs. That will also help your audience retention stats.
I agree with TheGentlemanBiker, be ruthless with your editing. Any pause between speaking that doesn't add anything to your video, cut it out.
I'm still a small channel, but I find it helps if I watch my video multiple times before uploading. If I start to bore myself (and I do) then others will be bored as well, so it's time to cut more out, watch again, cut again, etc., until you're happy. If you change topics, could the 2nd topic be a separate vlog?
On a more positive note, the sound quality and camera angle are great. Editing is what takes the most time and the better you get at it, the better your vlogs will become. All in all, I liked it and I'm looking forward to seeing more. Subbed
