I just noticed that premium in the USA is only 91 octane. In NZ, 93is lowest, then 95 and finally super premium is 98.

The US uses a different method for calculating the octane. If you look it up, the US Premium is probably similar to NZ Premium.

Yeah, all I really know is in my area I used to be able to get 93 octane, and at a few select stations I still can, but almost every pump now maxes at 91. Wouldn't mind some 110 octane race fuel
