This is really just a video of color correction with boosted mids.
There is a group called Reclaim The Swastika (http://reclaimtheswastika.com/). And I think the efforts are hopeless.
There is a metal singer who got a tattoo on his face and whole body of a bunch of swastikas to make a statement in support of this cause.
I find it hopeless. But at least they're trying to 'fight the good fight'?
