It doesn't really look to be aimed at vloggers just now though, standard Facebook video would be better currently if folk were OK with Facebook getting all the revenues from them.

For those who wish to monetize their videos with ads, Youtube has a solid system set up.
If they wish to monetize it with direct donations/payments, just doing it directly on Patreon is better.
For the artists who are not interested with anything else but the most high definition and true to source file quality platform, we'd just pick Vimeo.
Facebook will always be relegated to the impromptu amateur videos people wanna share with their circle.
