Guide External Exhaust Mic

I just use the mic that is on my second camera for exhaust noise. I have an older gopro that is aimed back at me under my windscreen and it picks up all the sound I or anyone would need for exhaust notes. Does the Drift have a built in mic? If so just try using that without the external mic. Great vid though.

Yeah it has an internal mic. I'll try that and see what its like. I only worry that it will be a bit to echoey inside that cowling. Its also very susceptible to wind noise.

the mic ive put inside my helmet catches the exhaust notes quite well i think, a mic outside of the helmet catches too much unwanted noise in my opinion

My Sena SMH10R catches all the engine I need but I do use the gopro audio at like a level 4 just to add a bit of "pop" to the audio.
