Right now im using GoPro Studio 2.0 to edit my vlogs.
GoPro Studio does not have enough features to make a better edited vlog.
I do not have money to buy a program right now.
What would you guys suggest I use to edit my videos that is free?

*cough cough* torrent like everyone else
Theres some pretty good video editors for linux that are free. I believe lightworks is for windows as well. It is pretty feature-full but I personally settled with something simpler.

Im gonna check into lightworks and see how i like the free version!! Thanks!!

I'm also using GoPro Studio. I'm looking to use this until I can save some extra money up for Sony Vegas or Final cut.

I take it your PC based?

Yea, if youre looking for a cheap/affordable editing option, Sony Movie Studio is not a bad choice.
Sony makes some highend stuff that they borrow from for the more affordable studios.

I'm using Sony Vegas Pro 12, alot of features that you don't see in the alternatives. But I used to play with Lightworks prior for other videos, not sure on the restrictions for using for a motovlog edit.

If you're on a PC, the best way to go is Adobe Premiere-- it isn't free, but with their pay as you go method it's only $20/month to use.

If you're able to move to a Mac at some point, iMovie is easily the best free editor out there. And it gives you the option of eventually moving to Final Cut if you want all the awesome stuff.

I use Premiere because I have the full Adobe suite for work anyway. I've used Final Cut and iMovie as well. But, for $20, you can have the industry standard with Premiere.

I started with Windows Live Movie Maker, it was very basic but most importantly free, if you are creative you could manipulate the standard functions to do cooler animations, that will take more time though. It saves/renders only in .wmv ...that kinda sucks.

I use Camtasia studio. Its simple to learn, but if i had a choice i would gladly take Adobe Premiere. I use camtasia because i received a code several years ago.
