Dual Lock to attach Sony Action Cam on Helmet

Hi everyone!

I am a new entrant into VLOGGING and I've been having a hard time choosing the final action cam (naturally, given the current market!)

I have however aligned on the Sony AS10 as the best choice currently given my use case & I intend to use it attached to the right side of the helmet.

Would you recommend using 3M DUAL LOCK (the crazy strong VELCRO thingy) to mount the cam to the helmet? I've seen a few youtube videos of how it can be done.

If any of you have attempted this & have any advice/feedback, it'd be greatly aprpeciated! Thank you!

What i currently use is the 3m dual lock, and I got the skeleton helmet case, pulled the strap and foam off, and put dual lock where the foam/padding was
it works fine for me, but i'm looking at doing something with the top of the helmet. let me know if you want more details/pics
