Drift HD Ghost - Blurry picture

I just got a Ghost, and out of the box the picture is blurry and pretty much unusable. The lens is crystal clear, not smudged at all, and it was this blurry the first time I turned it on. Firmware is updated, idk what else it could be.

Nighttime is even worse

I'm sending in a ticket to Drift, and hopefully I hear back soon. Has anyone else had this problem, is there anything I can do to fix it? I'm just really disappointed because I took a bit to decide on a camera, ended up footing for a top of the line, and I'm leaving on a 3 week trip out west on Monday. I really want this camera to come with me, but if this is the best this lemon can do, It'll have to stay home.

If anyone can help at all, it'd be greatly appreciated.

kinda looks like one of the internal mirrors or lenses is slightly smudged. im sure drift will have no problem replacing or fixing it for you. good luck mate!

That's what I was thinkin. I know the lenses are replaceable, and maybe something I can get to easily can be cleaned. But I don't have a micro screwdriver set atm, so it'll have to wait till tomorrow.

Also, just read on the drift website, support doesn't work weekends, so probably not going to hear back from them till I'm on the road.

censor inside the camera has stuff on it, Or the mirror thingo.
