It's public domain and quite easy to see, as you've stated.

This forum doesn't owe anyone anything. he does't have disclaimers or anything to say 'i'll sue for showing my face'
 
Not that you can sue for it if you're out in public unmasked...

Does mystery help you gain subs? Might be part of the charm of yoir channel, but a new sub probably isn't aware of the mystery, and even those who have public info don't ahow their faces all the time.

Baron did things different to anyone else! he got 'ratings' because he his good at what he does!


People think because they ride a bike, talk a bit and have a go at some people using a mobile phone, they deserve to be in the same league

Look at Apple Von Crumble, the video about the fight with the chav, it's funny as! He got a shit load of subs because of it.

I've met a lot a semi big vloggers over the last two years, all are sound blokes (expect apple who has his head up his arse)

That's my favourite vlogging video, I was completely had by that!
 
everyone who cares know where he works, and the fact he owns his own business. Whether or not he is actually Chris is unverified. Although he does follow the business on twitter, not exactly proof though. I still am unsure about him being on TV and seeing his face. I have only seen a picture of his reflection. And in his TT series he lets a little of his beard into frame :). As for facebook I am not looking into it, I am a fan of baron so ill respect his privacy on that.

If you want to talk about Youtubers behind a mask try Cry or Cryotic he's an awesome indie gamer I love his videos. But his identity is a mystery more so than baron as he never shows footage from where he lives.

as for Apple, I never liked the idea that his name parodies the baron, and never found him to funny
 
It's far easier to stay anonymous if you're just a video game vlogger.

Edit: Although his full date of birth, state he lives in, siblings, girlfriends first name and the fact he wears glasses is immediately available, so I bet he could easily be traced if anyone really wanted to find him.

if you say so, but recent podcasts w/ pewdiepie and cinnamontoastken would refute that as they have talked about how all speculation of his name and what he looks like are wrong. As for the state, that doesn't really narrow anything down as a lot of states are bigger than England :P
 
Simplest way is, you don't want to publish your addres and credit catd details for Jow Stalker to find, but beyond that I'm not fussed. Lurch isn't a pseudonym, it's a genuine nickname that about 75% of people call me.

Who knows what's true or not without digging. If I was him or his mates I'd play it down too even if it was true to keep up the mystery/attention.

Neither for mystery or attention. He is a minor league youtuber and he loves it, his fans are into his long videos and are unique and dedicated to him for that reason. He's not another Pewdiepie or Tobuscas. He just wants to stay out of the limelight. He is very honest and doesn't play up to his fans, but he is humble and modest.

Exactly what I hope to be and can stay with.
 
haha didn't say it was. But I still don't think he cares for mystery, just plays along because his fans like it. In all honestly sometimes seeing the face behind the voice can spoil what is so great. It would spoil Cry's videos and probably the barons. But if the Baron hopes to carry on doing interviews and immersing himself in the real world or motosport I don't know how he is going to keep himself a secret for much longer.
 
I kinda like the mystery thing to some vloggers, its a fun aspect and i dont rightly care enough to go find out shit about people i dont know for no reason, you can find out anything about anyone this day and age. doesnt mean you should.
