DJI GPS Remote

I recently picked up the DJI GPS Remote and it adds a few cool overlays on my videos, along with the ability to stop, start ,put the camera to sleep and take photos, etc. Some of the overlays include speed, route, distance traveled , incline, elevation, direction and G-force. This screenshot shows a few of the ideas . It's been fun to play with.

That's pretty neat! Not sure putting the speed on an uploaded video is always a great idea but fun to see what it can do.

I like the overlays. From looking at the DJI website it says an app has to be used to add the overlays. Is that the only way?

That's the only way that I have done it. Then I move to my PC for editing my video.

Yes. You can choose which of the provided overlays that you want on your videos.
