Customer helmet made. - Predator helmet

So, last 3 months, have been working on this project.

Finally get it back from the guy who built it - Only to find out, he didn't make it DOT complaint.

even tho he said it would be. So now i gotta argue that DOT complaint means the original Helmet shell must not have screws, or other 3rd party holes in it.


What he did was made a carbon fibre copy of that shell. then add in the other bits. HE WAS MENT TO BUILD THIS OVER THE DOT SHELL. not create a copy.

this is just a carbon shell with helmet padding, their is not DOT or AS1698 shell inside this carbon shell.

Once i have this ( pretty much a helmet inside then the outer later is a predator carbon layer ) the helmet would be legal anywhere.

Really nice lid mate =) but can you open the visor bit? and it being tinted might make night riding interesting

version 2 will be better - and hopefully rubber. then i might sell a few of em
