Hello all!

I've been stuck with this idea in my head for a looooooooong time and finally photoshopped a design together of what i would like my ideal helmet to look like. It turned out so good that i'm actually interested in making it... Problem is how? No manufacturers offer this option or else everyone would be doing it so having it airbrushed is the most obvious option.

I've been in contact with a few people and companies who do this regalurly for many motorcycle racers, such as Rich-Art concepts (mainly does Arai). Of course this is all very expensive. I'd be happy to do it myself as i know what to accentuate etc..

Has anybody already done anything like this? If so, how do you protect your design? I'd like to get a good waterproof glossy finish such as you get on a standard helmet. If i'm to put that much effort in, i wouldn't want the paint to peel off when i go to attach my gopro or anything like that :(

Any advice on the matter would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Anyone know of an "across the pond" i.e. europe Shop that will do the same?
My fav scheme is simply 2 wide racing stripes going front-to-back on a white helmet.
Simple, elegant, subdued and completely awesome.

But this is the ONLY helmet with this scheme (shoei GT Air has one very similar, but its offset, and god I HATE non-simmetrical designs)
