There is one good thing about this fuck up... it's making Facebook and Twitter more active. I don't think that was the intended outcome though

I don't get it, I can't comment as 'Stenno' anymore. If I switch account to my real name it get's a bit further but still hangs.

I'm computer and tablet literate enough to know my way around the basics of most any device or tablet or program or app...

But not quite with it all enough to realise the imposition of the G+/YT hybridisation ... Sure I see a lot of you here and others elsewhere raising the roof and sweating the ragechillls .... And I don't quite grasp the importance of it all...

I Vlog, edit, upload and comment... Well I click on the bit that says comment and it happens so ... It works enough for my understanding ... Btw you don't need to explain to me why either .. I'd rather stay meh about it!

I followed the G+ instructions , such as they are.... And set it up... Only real drama I had was getting them to accept that my frog avatar was my desired picture... But I got there!!!.... Every day or so lately ..someone from here adds me to their google circles, I get a notification and add them right back! ..... Then I stop trying to figure the rest out....

It's kinda a white mutiny ... You follow the instructions to the bare minimum of the rules... Then stop interacting! ... G+ wants me to have a whole crapload of stuff happening on my page... Well their bowfins better get busy and make a whole heap of icons linked to content auto activates for me to click on!! ... Otherwise all that's gonna happen for now is the auto processes

.... That's why I'm lucky ..... I don't know quite enough or give enough of a crap about the changes.... It just happens and I click on the pretty coloured buttons!!

Oh and one other thing.... The interaction of the G+ page is MUCH easier on my laptop at work rather than the iPad at home!! ..... But that might be just the 'disagreement on function' this iPad and I have!!

Same here, I have absolutely no need for G+. I post videos to YouTube because it (was) a dedicated service and worked well, if they fully integrate YouTube into G+ I will go to another site that is exclusive for posting videos.

I dont like FaecesBook, I dont want to join it, update and spend a shiteload of time on 'Another' site.
All i wanted todo is upload Vids, and do the likes/comments/etc from their. Who really has the fuk'n time to dedicate Hours to another forum??

I'm just going to state the obvious here, but I find it severly distressing that someone, anyone can be panting from the effort of just speaking. Jeez.

Now I'm just slightly pissed because the comments completely vanished from me... from all youtube.
As I posted in that screencap before, there are no comment capability on my entire account. I cannot even read or reply to comments on my own videos.
When logged in, the comment box was there but it was that stupid "welcome to the new comments" nag, I pushed "Got it" or "Ok" and it disappeared... with all the comments.
Also, I'm not being notified when somebody from the channels I'm subscribed to, uploads a new video. It doesn't appear on the feeds. I get 1 video posted last week from some channel and then far, faaar down, I get the video that was posted yesterday from another channel.
This completely disrupts my social and entertaining experience with youtube. YT is now a complete mess.

I can't believe it. Youtube gets completely broken by adblocking.
It's not like their scripts get blocked or a indirect consequence of adblocking, google made an entirely broken (or maybe basic) youtube version for people who adblocks. That is specifically tailored to adblockers.
Now, I'm not only being forced to g+, I'm also being forced to watch ads. How this can get worse?

Thanks Cager, you fixed it, but Nivea hand cream is not on my shopping list (yet) so no click. Maybe if it was something more related. I'd click on an ad showing bike parts or computers or electronics but not hand cream. What made youtube think I'm a girl and that I somehow want hand cream? I hate my soft hands, they get ripped and bleed on the slightest scratch. If there's something I want is to harden them, not to keep them soft.

yep, I've really cut back on my youtube use, it's just frustrating and difficult now.

Same here. They have pretty much taken all the enjoyment out of it for me. I hate just about everything Google-related. I'm not entirely stupid, but I have no desire to try to keep up with every effin new program Google keeps squeezing out of it's mammoth poop-hole.
