Circuit Only Bike

Today my friend offer me to trade our bike..it is kawasaki Kx.. it is a circuit only bike..
Honestly i know nothing about this bike..i ride kawasaki klx..can anybody tell me the diff between this two?

He said, his bike is better because it came with race spec, but can't ride it on normal road..Should i trade my bike with him?

For the road using , i still have another bike (Sport Bike).

Is it a track or a race bike?

Has it done endurance racing because if it has, low mileage tends to be pounded mileage

A race bike..thank you for your opinion, 2 hours before posting this i already decline his offer..
I found a fact that bike has involve in terrible crash..this is the reason why he came with this offer...

Well that's something I was going to suggest, if its been binned!

All racetrack bikes have at least one in its time! Not always a bad thing but lets face it, when I bin a track bike I fix it cheap
