You cant have a scheduled upload if you put it to unlisted. By keeping it private, which scheduled upload puts it as, when it changes to Public it still appears at the top of peoples feed. Changing it to unlisted, then public means it appears in subscribers feed at the date/time you put it as unlisted. I might be wrong on this, im sure there was a way you could give specific YT accounts access.
