I hear you on getting cut off. I drive a semi truck and you wouldn't believe how often I get cut off by cars which are much smaller than me. Especially when coming to red lights and such where I can hardly stop due to the now shortened stopping distance with them in front of me. People are just dumb and or more worried about their phones then their lives.

If people where to analyses who is sharing the road with them and act accordingly stuff would be so much easier and safer. I look out for motorcyclists obviously, but I have also helped a many semi driver merge or change lanes by effectively creating some space.

Some people are unable to read the road. They'll speed past me, merge in front of me and then slow down. 10 seconds later (without adjusting my speed) I am overtaking them. That part of your video where that guy tried to merge in front of you - wtf were they trying to achieve?!

Get in front of me by any means necessary? Too bad for them I am a dick and stand my ground. I had more fun knowing I was doing 80 down the road while he got stuck behind someone doing 65 with no where to go.
The whole get in front and slow down thing annoys the piss out of me. Also overtaking at 1mph difference. Do it quick, or don't do it at all.

It baffles me to be honest. If traffic flows and you don't cause anyone to brake it's alright I suppose. But trying to worm your way in like this buffoon did? Nope, not in my court!

The ones that I can never figure out are those people that will tailgate you on the high-speed lane when you're stuck behind someone else and try to undertake you just to be get stuck behind even slower traffic and then try to rejoin the high-speed lane.
