California Removes Lane Splitting Guidelines

California recently got rid of the lane splitting guidelines. There's not more "Suggestion" on how to accomplish lane splitting in California. I talk about paying more to be safe and how I think it should just be standard. I ride with my friend who just got a GSXR 1000 and I talk about the motorcycle safety course.

Also I go through my first bit of road rage.

Yeah you're like me. Many people jumped for joy and said, "This is great", but I saw the bad in it haha. Usually the case when cops do shit like this.

Well, here in Arkansas, it is not legal to lane split, and yet not wearing a helmet is legal here?
