Cagers on their phone

I had a thought while I was out yesterday, what do you guys do about cagers on mobile phones? (Cell phones for the guys across the pond)

I've confronted a few in the past! Pulled up alongside them and had a go at them, only for them to swear and drive away very quick

Once the police even pulled us both over a bit further ahead, me for shouting at him and him for using the phone.

But I was just curious as to what other do! Do you just ignore it? Or go all out and confront them?

I usually give them the international 'hang up the telephone' hand gesture however I keep forgetting my two outer fingers on my gloves are stitched together so it probably just confuses them.

Point to your camera, whether it's recording or not. usually makes them straighten up and fly right.

You ever notice though, that people will immediately drop their phone into their lap once they see that you're looking? They know what they're doing is wrong and they know they've been caught doing it. No point feeling that burst of shame then though, how much shame are they going to feel if they cause somebody some serious harm?
