Caught this douche using his phone while driving so I "politely" told him to please stop

Don't think the camera quite caught enough detail to prove beyond doubt he had a phone in his hand

May start recording in 1080p rather than 720p and see if it helps. Just makes editing slow as fook

I wish the cops would do something about this - it's statistically a very high cause of DEATH on the roads, world wide.

My solution would be;

Cop pulls you over, takes your keys, pushes your car off the road.
You get to walk the rest of the journey
Which gives you time to think about what you did
so you can try to convince the cops to give you back your keys, (once you walk to the cop shop the next day). Meanwhile text away on the bus you f'n moron!!
