Hello again
so was going tesco went over a speed bump and my moped Lost power bit was still idling
i pulled over And was twisting the throttle which wasnt doing anything
i turned my bike of and on again But this time when you twist the throttle it would cut the bike out completly
so i went to tesco come back to my bike and now it wont turn on
pushed it back home and took the front off to look at the throttle cable and there doesnt seem to be anything wrong with it
checked oil and there is plenty in there so i am really confused as what it could be ?

all help is greatly appreciated :)

check the carb to see if its still in place and the air box is still on, my mate went over a speed bump and it snaped the bolts that wer holding his cab on so the carb fell off.

when you press the eleci start buttom does it sound like it wants to start?

check the petrol pips is still on?

might be something to do with the needle in the carb so you might have to take it off clean it out and check the slid is free moveing.

carb is still in place and airbox looks fine but i cant look properly as i dont have a ratchet for the bolts :( so i cant check the fuel pipe from the tank either but all the other pipes look fine :)

Something happened to the fuel flow. Maybe a screw fell out of place somewhere or you knocked something loose that resulted in fuel blockage. I'd be covering the fuel system with a fine tooth comb, it's really the only possibility.

I'm a bike noob and certainly no mechanic, but when I first read this I thought it was something electrical (fuse?) has got dislodged in the bump... I'd be scouring my manual for electrical connections etc.

If it was revving but not driving it could be the Drive belt snapped.

This happened to me, rear wheel locked up, then it would move at all. It destroyed the clutch and rear pulley too.

Do not adjust or remove the needle of the carb unless you feel mechaincly upto it. For a first time of stripping a carb you could be asking for problems.

When the bike was at idle did it cut out on it's own or did you cut it out?
When you open the throttle is there resistance/ does the throttle snap back when you let go?

If it's idling it won't be any problem with the fuel pipes.

Have you touched your idle switch? (looks like a little black screw to turn up or down the idle speed) usually placed on the side or ontop of the carb.

Try and get the bike going, bump start it. Once you get it going roll on the throttle very slowly, don't just pin it open & keep reving it, you will allow to much air in & it will cut the bike out.

It's possible, after re-reading the OP your plug could have dislodged after the speed bump & be causing a misfire & when you open the throttle it floods the plug.

Turns out the Fuel Pipe had torn so got a replacement and the bike now turns on but when you turn it off fuel comes out the bottom of the carb it looks like there should be a pipe connected to it but from what ive found on google apparently the float is stuck so i booked it in to my local garage to take a look at Hopefully not too serious and Big hope is that i dont need any parts as IT is super hard to find things that arent BRake pads for my bike :(

But thanks for all the suggestions :)
