Biggest Fear on a Bike

car making a left turn into my path. as the cars on my left block cars from seeing my bike coming. kids darting back and forth in the street. and hitting gravel.

wouldn t really call it fear when i read stuff like "getting run over" or "gravel on the road"

if it gets to the point where you are afraid of riding, i d say h d better stay home.

my answer is running out of gas. or having to take a shit in the middle of the mountains xD

Having to take a shit in the middle of the mountains would be normal for me being Active duty Military lol. Getting run over would be my luck. And I'll live through it with not legs or something crazy like that lol.

Hitting sand in the dark, its happened before, mid turn front wheel slid out from under me, i jammed my foot down and kept the bike up, but my kneed hurt for days.

When im blasting around the twistys im terrified of something coming into my lane, out of control bike, car, critter. Your leaned over so far without alot of leeway to stand it up and slow down

That is real by the way, and I was kinda like ehhhh when I saw the picture, but after reading snopes and some of the stuff from his obituary, and seeing that he has gear on, I feel as though from this point forward I will not be reckless at all, and just enjoy my riding, not that I was crazy before, but that just solidifies it regardless of how comfortable I get on my bike. that is just insane.

I remember when this happened

Happened at the 169 &ba interchange.

Ive seen quite a few top speed runs in this area, it becomes just about desolute at night and its 4 lanes wide on each side, and the concrete is in real good shape, its also the area where the highest speeding ticket ever written in the state of oklahoma, was written. Something like 226 mph
