This takes me back to the Beetroot challenge on one of the Bears.

Nobody knows what a beetroot is!

I love beetroot.... I eat it when I'm drunk and have a proper panic in the morning when I go to the loo!
Poll allowed me to select 2 choices so went for yes and no, I would eat it if I had it, but I don't generally have a special meal on a Sunday so it wouldn't be a weird thing for me to be eating it!

I used to work near Stoke-on-Trent in the UK. My landlady would make me cheese and beetroot sandwiches.
By lunchtime the bread was damp and purple. I don't miss them.
