Bar End Mirrors

I've seen a few videos from Motovloggers that have ebay bar-end mirrors and they all complain about the low quality. I think it's better to spend a little more and get yourself some that will last and not fall off in the middle of the road. Good luck man!

Yeah I definitely think you need to invest more than $25 on a set of bar ends. Oh well I've learned that now.

Hey sorry for the delay guys. So My bar end mirrors arrived and install went alright. I have a review, all was going well until they "malfunctioned".

I'm not so sure of no brand ebay mirrors anymore.

Here's my review video, check it out if you want guys.
Ha thats awesome we have the same bike.

That is definitely awesome. It's a fun bike isn't it?
You know what I think it is a blast. I do not plan on letting mine go anytime soon. I got it in January this year and put almost 3k miles on it in the winter time in Maryland.
I get to ride more now so the miles are going to stack up fast.

Totally agree with you. I ride to and from work everyday which is about 170-200km each day. I do want to get another bike when I get my unrestricted license, but I won't be letting my ninja go. Will definitely keep riding her. :)

buy the ones at walmart, they are cheap and work like a champ.
If I was in US I totally would. But I live in Australia no Walmart.

I freaking loved walmart in my trip to the west coast. They have everything. That's so damn cool :)

I have been looking but haven't had much luck.

How do you tell what size bar end will fit? Is it universal or specific to each bike?

Also as a side note what are your thoughts on bar end mirrors? Any good? Better for filtering?
I have a full video about my Bar-end mirrors on my channel, check it out! Channel name: Spence Rides
I ride a yamaha r6 and I installed bar end mirrors a few months ago and I love them.

I had to figure something out on the ole xj600. The stock mirrors gave me a great view of my pecs, or if adjusted to not have a full view of me I was looking almost straight beside myself. I went with the ones from cycle gear when they were on sale for $15, look exactly like the eBay ones, and immediately ran into a problem. Without the bar ends, the vibration is too much and thus I was just looking a a light reflecting device with no real picture quality (think of the first digital cameras and taking a picture after a couple pots of coffee). I got a bit creative and eliminated the insert part of the mirrors and just clamped them to the bar end weights! I had to make a spacer for the throttle side as to not bind the tube but they now work great and I can see things behind my "wide load" self. I will be filling the bar with some silicone in the next few weeks too to help eliminate the last bit of buzz. I've got a bit of carpal tunnel going on so every little bit helps.
