Audio Problems

Hey there people! I'm experiencing a problem with my audio. I use the microphone adapter produced by GoPro. I also am using the same microphone as the one that Ariderslife had linked in with a recent video from his other channel Petefilmedit. The problem is that the audio is only coming through the left channel. It is not the microphone itself as I have bought a replacement one of the same model. Can anyone suggest a solution?

does the microphone terminate into a mono jack? if so, that is the problem.

You could:
a) buy a mic that terminates to a stereo plug
b) use both your mics and use a dual mono to stereo adapter to plug into your camera like this: http://www.radioshack.com/product/index ... Id=2102691
c) copy the left channel audio to the right channel audio while editing

I bought a stereo mic thingy, also from Jaycar, and it works :lol: :lol:
