First of all, I love how automatically the biker is seen as male and the driver as female. (Also how I saw it btw) but my god, 5 years isnt enough. She wasnt just putting the bikers life in danger (attempted murder imo) but also those in cars she crashed into, anything coming the other way and anyone on the pavement which she couldnt see because she ha d a biker on her windscreen.
I'm not sure about laws in what ever country this was in but in this country I dont think she would ever get let out of prison, and to be honest I would be glad about it!
