Amazon are ****!!

Hey everyone! Just thought id say my vpogging is now going to be delayed.
The reason for this is that amazon apparently (lost my order)!! So im so annoyed!
Using Action cameras this time but wont be able to get it till about friday or the weekend.
It depends when my refund comes through and its xmas so theyre not going to rush!

Just thought id share that with you all.

AND JUST AS I WROTE THAT IT ARRIVED!! HAHA! POSTMAN CAME!
SO NOW I HAVE IT AND IT AND APPARENTLY IM GETTING A REFUND HA SWEET!

I have it now but im going to see what amazon say. They sent me a email saying that they werw going to refund me so lets see if they do because then that means i got the drift for nothing haha.

If you make it absolutely clear to them that the item arrived and they still give you a refund then congrats... Otherwise it just plain being dishonest, and if you wouldn't want them to be dishonest with you on your side of the transaction, then why on earth would it be okay when the shoe is on the other foot?

With that being said... I have received a free Streans Kayak(about a $500 value) because of seller fault and a refund only to have the item arrive a week later. Emailed them to let them know it arrived, and the store told me to keep it for my troubles. I also got a CO2 air system(about a $300 value) In the case of the CO2 system; it arrived way late after my paying for 2day shipping because I had an offroading trip to make. All I was asking for was a shipping cost refund... The company refunded the entire amount and told me to enjoy their product when it came in, but to make sure I tell all my offroading buddies what a great company they are.(I did. lol)

Just reading on new actually that aparently some ordered that were sent by citylink have been totally messed up and loads of people are getting delays. I have had more than my fair share of problems with Citylink in the past

I have spoke to amazon and they said to keep the money for the troubles i had!
They must be in the christmas spirit.
Im not a dishonest person anyway so i was going to let them know.

You should edit the first post, Amazon aren't the ones letting you down. They can only estimate delivery and we've just had the busiest retail weeks ever, so there will be a delay of about 1/3 days in most parts of the country.

I've ordered close to 150 items on Amazon this year all but 1 was not delivered (HDNL are the least reliable courier Amazon use) and Amazon sent me a new item the following day. There is no doubt in my mind, Amazon is the best online retailer world wide.
