Am I Crazy?

Today I will talk about something that some may say is bad Karma, fear while riding. Ive had this conversation with a few riders and vloggers. Ive ridden in sun, rain, storms, hurricane and tornado and I can honestly say I have never been "scared" of anything while on a motorcycle. The face of crazy cagers, gravel and crashing are always there in the back of my head, but its not a fear.. Ya know?

I think the one that got me was when I was riding in ice, and that didn't even scare me, it just annoyed me alot because I was fed up of having to be overly carefull and I was cold haha. But I will have to admit, I don't get scared of stuff on the road either, even after a really close call it's more an andrenaline rush rather than fear.

It's an interesting subject, looking foreward to peoples views on it.

Only time I was ever scared was when I had a 50cc scooter!

Although I've had times when I've been fed up of all the dangers. Not scared of them, will still ride. Just can't be bothered with the stupid people in cars, heavy wind and rain etc

I wouldn't say I fear it but I seriously dislike windy weather.

I doubt the light weight of the 250 helps mind.

Generally ok, However rain is and can be a scare for me. Just not overly confident as, lets be honest, it changes everything. Wet painted road signs, manhole covers, road lines etc. All of these become slippy(er) in the wet. Just one of those things I guess, main thing for me in the wet is worry of losing the front wheel on one of the listed.

never been scared on the road but during motocross races and enduros when theres some gnarly obstacle coming up sometimes leaves me pretty scared but you just gotta go for it and afterwards it doesnt seem so bad.

I'm not a huge fan of riding at night on unlit roads. I wouldn't say I'm scared of it, it just puts me on edge.

On a side note, I'm insured on my dad's 50cc moped. Now THAT is scary.

Nothing so far scares me, I can get very frustrated when riding through constant dangers. Usually to the point when someone ticks me off so much I almost kick the living poop out of them... Luckily my reserved state of mind keeps me calm!
