Was wondering if they would bother it's been that long. £13k for the top spec not so surr. I can see the entry spec being cheap, afterall, the cheap price kept people buying the old one, but I suspect the bells and whistles will quickly too.

All new looks almost the same but they borrowed a headlight from hyosung, suzuki have dropped the balls well and truely

Didn't really like the current gen headlights but I guess Suzuki found a way to lower the bar of the headlight, suddenly the current gen ones seem like a beauty compared to this 2016 one. Funny how things work out in the end. :)

I agree that the headlights are like the Hyosung's and moreover, the body is fairly unchanged. While the bells and whistles like the new dash and electronics are MUCH needed for the Gixxer line, I think Suzuki can do a much better job. It's sad to see how far behind they have gone since the days that Ben Spies was in the AMA and they were THE bike to have. While I'm a Kawi guy all the way, I always appreciated the simplicity in their design when it was revolutionary.

Black and red, or black and green. Blue and white? maybe. Bike look....ok. Rather get the R1.

Agree, iconic colour, you knew what it was instantly.
to this day any time I see a certain shade of blue, with white, I immediately think Suzuki. This scheme doesn't have enough contrast to it. It looks bland on the bike.

Otherwise it looks fantastic. They should have stuck with monochrome blue without the weird green accents. Blue and green look weird together on my monitor, at least.

It's a great color scheme. Although I'm particial to any livery that has bold color contrasts since I learned to ride during the late 90s. :D

I don't like it. The headlight looks stupid and the colour scheme doesn't do it justice. The previous model is my favourite in black / gun metal grey.

I have a feeling this shape wont go in to production. They did call it a Concept at EICMA. At least, I really hope it doesnt look like this when it goes into production, I really do hope they will step it up a bit to not look like the old model!
