Sorry, every saddle I have owned is a pain after riding 500 miles only stopping for gas.
I can't even imagine a car seat being comfortable for so long. You need to walk some 10-15 min, when doing your stops. Can't just fill up and roll the gas on again.
I know a long distance Harely guy that told me to get off the bike once per hour even if your not tired or hurting. Just a safety thing.
I have a Mustang fastback seat fitted to my sportster, its so much more comfortable over the stock seat, but you still get a numb bum on a long haul.
I rode down to a charity bucket list ride on the weekend that was around 180 miles round and my back really ached afterwards.

Not the best view of my seat, but I have a Harley Sundowner Seat for my Sporty. Got it for 50 bucks when I was living out West. Its hidious and looks ridiculous but for long rides its a dream. I had this seat for my cross country ride from LA to NYC a few years ago. Did a little over a 1000 miles in one day as I just couldn't stand being in the middle of corn country anymore and had to get through it as soon as possible.
