The story sounds like bullshit but he was definitely in the right to pick it up and give it back to her. She shouldn't be littering and idk how dry any vegetation might be around that area but it can easily cause a fire to happen. Then again I'm in Southern California where wild fires happen all the damn time. So if I see anyone do that I'm for sure picking it up and throwing it right back at them. That's just wrong.

I don't personally like what he did, literally throwing a lite cigarette at someone then talks how someone got burnt by it going down their jacket... What would of stopped this happening to her if it went down her dress or whatever??

Absolutely, littering is bad. But why not hand over the footage to the authorities if it's really wound you up. Rather than throwing cigarettes at people!?
If the person was a beast.. heavily muscle bound would you throw litter/ lite cigarettes at them?

Completely right. I always honk when people do that, never seen it on my bike. If it were to happen I'd be inclined to do the same thing. If it ends up on my person when riding that can create a dangerous situation. You man / woman enough to smoke? You man / woman enough to keep that burning butt in your car.

Why not hand over footage to authorities? Because if it's a historical fact that local authorities don't give 2 shits about these kinds of minor infractions and do nothing about it, the only way is to give an eye for an eye.
If someone threw a smoothie out his car on to the ground, you damn sure I'm and picking it up and emptying the entirety of it's liquid contents in the perpetrator's vehicle.

I'm just saying if a lit cigarette comes anywhere near me while I'm driving I will take that as someone trying to harm me and won't be able to control what happens after that but I do have some mental problems so I can get away with allot of things in court.

Honestly I see nothing wrong with what he did. But the fact that he had to get off his bike to pick it up and throw it back at her could have gone bad. Like other have stated what if he had burned her? What if someone hit him? Idk if I would have thrown it back in her car but I would probably just voice my opinion as I do when I see people using their cell phones.
