That's about it isn't it - there's no secret formula here. CTR, impressions, retention, it all plays a role.

I have 260 hrs....LOL

You could always try posting more videos... I'm at around 110 vids in the last 10 months, and most of those are from the last 7 months or so. I also have about 15 uploaded and scheduled, so about 125 total.

They really add up.

Also, you can try motovlog-adjacent subjects, like gear reviews, testing, how-tos... that's sort of where I've found my niche. My vlogs don't get many views, but my other types of vids do pretty well.

I'm at a little under 500 subs, but over 3,100 watch hours, FWIW.

Generally getting the 1k subs is far harder than the watch time as @Drakhen99 has shown. Most channels will hit 4000hrs watchtime at around 600 subs. You seem to have 1500 subs, which suggests you make very short videos if you have not reached the 4K hours yet....
We would love to hear how you have done so well on gaining subs, maybe you could give us a tutorial on how you have gotten so many so fast? :-)

I got lucky. I had one video that took off and continues to grow. Percivere and just love what you're doing, don't worry about the stats, if you stick at it, the numbers will come.

Ya for sure the reviews do well, I did a first ride review on my Hawk and it's got over 1500 views right now, the next closest video is like 500 ish and it's older.
