Indeed! Anyone can go fast in a straight line. It takes skill to maintain high speed through a turn. Not a massive different in track times between them
bends with the right rider, on a 600 will go past a 1000 - I have done a few times...list goes on
It's never too late to switch back from the dark sideOh how I love the CBR. This was my dream bike. Somehow I ended up on a GSXR lol.
No doubt. I threw a BMC racing air filter, better spark plugs, full Yoshi RS-5 exhaust and a power commander with a custom tune on there, and still manage get 150+ miles per tank if I'm just cruising and not riding crazy. Meanwhile, my friends with liter bikes are spending more on insurance (WAY MORE), more on aftermarket/replacement parts AND they have to stop and fill up when my tank is just below half full. When it comes to bang for your buck and long term value, nothing beats a 600.Better gas mileage is a done deal for me. I love sport bikes but because i commute over 100 miles a week. I would not get a liter bike.
Also a -1/+3 gear change. That's probably what impacts the gas mileage the most.Better gas mileage is a done deal for me. I love sport bikes but because i commute over 100 miles a week. I would not get a liter bike.

Nothing wrong with that. If you're having fun, that's all that matters. I've always thought the 750 is the perfect all around bike.Maybe 1 day. Im really falling in love with this bike now lol
