Good review and points about getting another bike only to start over making it your own.
I did a 50k mile review of my 2014 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Limited. That was 13k miles ago. Funny thing is I would love to a get newer bike with the new motor but I am like you about making it my own. The general manager of a dealership keeps trying to tempt me and even pointed out that at 75k it will be hard for him to resell the bike. I finally teased him and asked if that was because at that mileage the bikes turn into pumpkins?
I did point out that he has 4 bikes of my year and model in stock with three being the same color scheme. I explained what better selling point to a customer than to have me out there rolling with 75k plus miles as a testimony to quality!
