Thanks for this.... I recently lost my cover which goes over the mic and currently using some kitchen sponge, but will definitely pop down to the local fabric shop to get some fabric. Going to add it to the method of having foam wrapped inside the latex glove and add the dead cat to see how clean I can get the audio. Thanks!

Haha definitely. Anything to make it crisp audio - also there's nothing better than having the soft fabric against your face. 4th post on the forum, already sounding weird!
