It is but not 100%, The restriced RS has a lot of restrictions:
CDI unit,
no powervalve,
blocked airfilter snorkel,
smaller carb,
spark plug
and some other things

mine has a de restriced airbox, CDI unit, spark plug and has a powervalve. To make it 33bhp I would need the 34mm carb V-force 3 reed block and aftermarket exhaust, which all together is around £800

Mine has 33bhp and is over 3s quicker(with bad start and pointlessly shifting to 3[or 4th can't remember]?

Anyway when's your restriction running of? mine ends in December :/

It doesn't I'm still on a CBT haven't done my A1 yet so I'm supposed to be restricted to 14bhp
