1. Either the watch next suggestions or it was linked on somewhere like here

2. Depends on how much time I have or if I'm tired. Shorter generally better for me unless it's a really good topic that flows as I watch

3. As long as it flows, big pauses make it hard to watch

4. Facebook was good until they deleted me. Twitter on occasion.

5. Either/or, I use both depending on which helmet I wear.

6. I like random compilations, nice quick fire variety.

7. Bit of both

8. Only at weekends

9. Not fussed as I watch when I can. Couple of people upload on Sunday evening that I do watch out for.

10. It baffles me. I only have it because I have to.

Shout-outs mainly or mouth to mouth in real-life.

Shorter, everything above 10 min is mostly skipped unless i know it is a interesting title, i always tend to keep mine between the 6 and 8 minutes, as it seems to be just short enough for people to keep their attention and just long enough to tell the story smoothly.

Can be both, as long as it is smooth and not to many long pauzes or uhms....

Have Facebook, hardly use it.
Don't use twitter at all.

Depends on the rider. Most sportbike and nakedbike riders the side works great.
For off-road riding the top or front works better with all the nature around it.

6. What do you most enjoy about motovlogs?
Crazyness !

Both, it is good to see the community interacting, on-line or real-life, but not every single video.
Unless it is the same kind of build as Chris and All have, which is something totally different.

Haven't tried it, do you recommend it?

No, i watch when i have time, i don't work regular, but once a week or once every two weeks is a good enough schedule, so you know you can expected something.

Hardly, only when other people are planning a ride with multiple vloggers and subscribers.

Usually through the YouTube recommended videos, but I have found a few guys through this website and ourmoto.

2. Do you like longer or shorter videos? What is your attention span?
It all depends on the quality and if they have the ability to keep my attention.

Essentially the same answer as above.

Facebook for my very top favorite guys.

I would prefer side over top.

The diversity of everybody. Getting a look into the lives of other riders, watching people do funny shit, etc.

It depends. I think a few vloggers interact way too much with the general public to the point of harassment, but group rides are pretty cool to see.

Absolutely. I prefer the ridged paper clips for extra pleasure.

It doesn't make a difference to me, but I know that every Monday I have a ton of new videos to watch which gets a bit cumbersome.

Lately, I've found several through this forum!

Shorter is better for the most part. There are a few that can hold my attention past 10 minutes, but not many.

Having good production is a plus, but you should go with what you are gifted at doing. If you're a good story teller, talking is great!

4. Do you use Facebook or Twitter to keep up with motovloggers?
As of yet I only follow motovloggers on YouTube, but I've been drifting away from other social media to YouTube as a whole anyway.

5. Do you like the side of the helmet or the top of the helmet camera mount (chin-mount not included)?
I like the side, because it gives a passenger's view. Nothing wrong with top, though and top has its advantages, too.

6. What do you most enjoy about motovlogs?
Hearing about peoples' adventures and seeing what it's like to ride in their area.

7. Do you prefer watching a motovlogger interact with others or just them talking?
Interaction adds a lot, especially if the other rider is vlogging as well and you can hear both people.

Still a better love story than Twilight.

I'm moving toward that for my own videos, but it's not a big deal to me as far as watching other people's vids.

As little as possible. Their fuckery has made YouTube more convoluted, not better.

Recently I have found them through this site.

I prefer shorter videos myself. If they are any longer than about 8 or 9 minutes, then I tend to not even attempt to watch them.

It's really a toss up. I feel that some videos need editing, while other vloggers can keep a steady stream of stuff coming at you and the editing isn't needed.

No, but I do use Facebook to promote my own videos.

5. Do you like the side of the helmet or the top of the helmet camera mount (chin-mount not included)?
If you're only giving me those two options I would have to go with side mount. (Chin mount owns everything though!)

Seeing different bikes and the different areas that people ride in and the situations that they come across.

I guess it depends. Both can be entertaining, or both can be boring.

I prefer to shove them down there when they're still raveled up.

It really makes no difference to me. There is so much content out there that on any given day if I want to find something new to me, I can.

Found them via other motovloggers / YouTubers I follow, or they started following me and I was like: damn, this guy/gal makes great content and followed them.

If i like the video I will watch it completely, if I don't I click off or skim it. Shorter videos do better than longer ones.

Editing, no one wants to sit trough silences unless they are filled with some action.

Yes and no, mostly I check my YouTube inbox for new videos.

Side, when I start motovlogging that will be how I'll do it.

The scenery and topics.

Interaction is cool, but a good motovlogger can keep me entertained without shenanigans.

Nope, I don't do it. So I don't expect others to do it. It creates a deadline, and deadlines ruin the mood...

It is tied to YouTube so yes. But I never do anything with my page.

Just have fun. Don't expect the world. I am at 1.3K subscribers right now and it took me 2 years to get there. But I am having a blast creating content. And I am exited about finally starting motovlogging whenever I get a bike (got my license a few months back! YES!)

- It depends on how exciting the video is. I've watched 30 min long motovlogs before without any problem

- I like the video to be continuously exciting. So I prefer cutting out all the boring parts.

- Not really

- I prefer the side mount

- I enjoy the perspective of other riders on different topics. I also like watching motovloggers rage at car drivers

- Depends on the tone of the video. If the video topic is serious, then it's probably most appropriate to stay on topic. Otherwise watching the vlogger interact with pedestrians is enjoyable

- I don't really pay much attention to scheduled uploads.
