Aftermarket Leds?!

What's the general consensus on aftermarket led lighting? I'm thinking about adding some leds and hooking them to my turn signals for some extra vision on the road. It won't be hard to do, but what other spots do you put LEDs for extra sexiness?

You can get LED brake lights also. I just upgraded all my lights (except my headlight which is changing this weekend) to LED's and they are a lot brighter, especially at night.

Yeah I got a brake light that has integrated turn signals that's all LED lights, and I love it!

As long as it doesn't turn out to be like a Christmas tree, just roll with it however you please. Unless your objective is to be like a Christmas tree, then I'm lost for words.
