Bar End Mirrors

I have been looking but haven't had much luck.

How do you tell what size bar end will fit? Is it universal or specific to each bike?

Also as a side note what are your thoughts on bar end mirrors? Any good? Better for filtering?

Afaik they are limited to 2-3 sizes. Most bars are very similar in size.
I want to get a set, but i dont think i will be able to filter then, maybe if I put them on the inside of my grips?

I use 3" round bar ends I purchased on ebay for less than $17 US. So $11 pounds for you. They ship from China.

I've had them for a year, can't complain. The inner cylinder expands as you tighten so it's a "universal" fit. Vision is very good, especially if you are wide and block your normal mirrors. They look a lot cleaner as well. Minus for filtering is they add width since they come out of the bars...mine fold though. Made a video on them last year.

Yeah I was looking at these but didn't know about the sizes. I do like these as they fold in (Good if I filter). And I just like bar end because if I do accidentally bump I can easily re-adjust. (Pain to fix right mirror if moving)

I have been wanting bar end mirrors but I am worried about the view and how comfortable it will be. I do love the look.

After install I will do a short review on them. Hopefully my chin mount will give a good perspective for you.

Hey sorry for the delay guys. So My bar end mirrors arrived and install went alright. I have a review, all was going well until they "malfunctioned".

EBay, here I come!
I'm not so sure of no brand ebay mirrors anymore.

Here's my review video, check it out if you want guys.

haha I laughed when you just pulled it off :p Maybe not ebay then!

Plus, you've earned yourself a Sub in me, you're a good speaker. :)

Hahaha I loved how blasé you treated it. "...and it's just come off!"

I got a pretty decent foldable pair from Moto-elite.com. Pretty decent quality - more expensive than eBay ones, but probably half the price of some of the more expensive ones. I think it's just run by one guy. He also has bar end crash bungs that have cutouts to fit the mirrors on, which I bought except I haven't got to try because the bike is currently in the shop from a crash =/

I have been using bar end mirrors since I started riding. The stickers just vibrate too much and the view in most of them is awful.
The bar ends don't vibrate, has a good view, and add to the looks of the bike.
Just make sure you get some that are not too cheap and install them properly

I've seen a few videos from Motovloggers that have ebay bar-end mirrors and they all complain about the low quality. I think it's better to spend a little more and get yourself some that will last and not fall off in the middle of the road. Good luck man!
