New Bike: Ducati Scrambler Review

Purchased a new Scrambler, Icon model in yellow this past weekend. I've made some vlogs with my initial impressions ( youtube/ motojedeye). Here is a quick review

The good:
1) "Smiles per $$$" What I mean is that, at the end of the day, it's a fun bike and relatively inexpensive.
2) Styling. They got the look right.
3) Handling
4) Multipurpose ( urban, back roads, dirt)
5) The ladies love it

The bad:
1) Mirrors ( cant see crap)
2) Seat ( bloody horrid
3) Exhaust ( where is the burble?)
4) Ducati's CHEESY and LAME marketing campaign
5) Hipster's will ride it

To be honest-- I'm talking myself into a SPEEED TRIPLE or Monster 821.. next year though. Gotta pay this bad boy off first .

So bad points 3, 4 and 5 are pretty irrelevant. Number 2 is the key. Pretty irrelevant for any rides longer than an hour then?

Ducati Maintenance- Not horrible a bit pricier than a other bikes. This is my second Ducati.

Hipsters- Yes...

Seat is ok for rides that last one hour. Anything more then, year pretty horrid.

Would a custom seat or better suspension improve things?

Suspension is fine. I believe a custom seat would resolve the issue.

Loved your break down. I went to a Ducati test ride and I really wanted to test this bike out, but could not. I am for sure going to check out your channel I want to see this bike.
