New Motovlogger Help.

Lion's Grip
Hello everyone,

First I wanted to thank all you vloggers out there. I watched a ton of your stuff and it got me through a long a tough winter. what you guys do looked like a lot of fun, so I figured I would give it a shot.

I was hoping some of you could take a look at me first vlog and tell me if I'm doing anything wrong. I posted it on one of my ducati forums and got banned for spam and I think the moderator hit the dislike button as well. lol.

Any help would be welcomed. I have to say it is a little weird posting the vid. It reminds of the first time I rode a motorcycle on the streets. Same feeling of putting yourself out there. Well thanks for any help and if any of the content is offensive, please remember that it's only a joke and all in good fun:)

Link removed. Videos go in the video section please.

Very good! I would a little less helmet...now 33% of the screen = helmet. That's a shame...you should do 10 or 20...at least that's how I like it. It's all taste I guess. But very good!!

good audio, clean footage. Suggestions, shorten the intro a bit, use your second angle to keep it interesting!

Thanks for the help Arctic Pride. I totally agree with you. You wouldn't believe how much of the intro I already cut. LOL.

Same thoughts about the second angle, but this time the camera was in a crap position. The footage was unusable. I'll fix it for next time.

Thanks VlotoMog. I'm still trying to figure all that out. I shot the video in 1080 S. I thought the S stood for super awesome footage, not super wide angle. LOL. I thought the curve of the visor made gave the helmet character, but your right. A better street view is more important.

The character is good, I LOVE that...but just a little less of it on image. I have a helmet cam too, and use about 10 / 20% of the image...I think that looks good. Just my 2 cents...

And the S = for super awesome xD

Thanks buddy. I definitely try that. I just finished put a mount up front. I may just keep switch angles to keep it different. Ride safe!

I have the same man, check out my later vlogs titled dualcam. That's how I do it
