Bmw Recall 300,000 Bikes

BMW have issued a recall for 300,000 bikes due to a fault flange affecting some K and R series bikes.

You've got a dirty mind. Bouncy or wiggly pipes are often down to a dodgy flange

I was wondering what @T'Biker would make to some new flange?

If a bit of new flange will stop my bits from falling off, then I'm all for it.

Especially as it seems it will be free

I've just checked my V5C, and by the date my bike was registered, it looks like I'm going to be in line for a bit of new flange....

Not sure how to break it to the missus yet, though....
